The numbers speak for themselves: 294 kW (400 hp) and 550 Nm of torque accelerate both, the S60 and V60 to a top speed of 275 kph (electronically limited). The sprint to 100kph is 0.4 seconds faster compared to the standard model. From 80 to 180 kph in the 6th gear it needs 2.8 seconds less. Due to a new generation of the HEICO SPORTIV e.motion® Unit which allows with a single control unit to increase the performance and raise the standard speed limit from 250 to 275 kph. A cooler intake air is ensured by a performance intercooler which has a three-times larger surface compared to the standard intercooler. A sport air filter for the original air filter box guarantees a higher air flow rate. HEICO SPORTIV e.motion® does not optimize, but perceptibly boosts the performance. It optimally exploits the engine’s existing potential by means of uncompromising yet harmonious fine-tuning technologies. HEICO SPORTIV e.motion® does not override, but works in parallel with the original control unit, acting as an autarkical second “brain”. The intelligent control electronics captures all the relevant engine data and selectively improvesthe performance and torque. The result: a significant improvement in acceleration and elasticity, responsiveness and top speed combined with optimized fuel consumption.
